Sea buckthorn and honey for immunity and vitamin C

       The sea buckthorn is a real panacea. It contains 10 times more vitamin C than citrus fruits and 2 times higher than the famous rosehips. It also contains vitamns and trace elements such as: A, B1, B2, B6, B9, E, F, K, P, beta carotene, cellulose, phosphorus, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium.

        The antioxidant properties of seabuckthorn recomends it for strengthening the immune system (it is able to heal respiratory virosis and flu), eye health and prevention of aging, regulating the endocrine system, regulating blood fat levels and reducing inflammations.
       The sea buckthorn berries are harvested from august until the end of october, but also in the winter, if you find them almost frozen, they are perfect. During winter, the fruits are kept very well in bee honey.
       Also, honey has a content of microelements similar to human blood. It is easily assimilated by organism, with antibacterial, bacteriostatic, healing and repair properties. The honey is successfully used to treat hepatic, digestive, kidney or blood diseases.

       Use one part honey and 3 parts sea buckthorn fruits. After you wash the sea buckthorn fruits and easily crush them, put them in a jar until you fill it for 3 quarters. Pour honey over them until you cover them entirely. Keep the well screwed jar in a refrigerator at cold. After a week, from this mixture with extremely pleasant aroma and taste, take 1-2 teaspoons every morning, for at least a month.
